CONFERENCE FEES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

Conference fees include admission to all keynote and plenary addresses, all parallel and poster presentations, tea/coffee for six morning/afternoon breaks, three lunches, a conference dinner and conference materials.

* Only Ringgit Malaysia or USD will be accepted for the payment of conference fees.

Please take note that a fully paid conference fee is for one presenter per one paper/poster presentation only. If the co-presenter/author of the same paper wishes to attend the conference, he/she must register separately and pay the conference fee in full.

Registration Fees:
Please send a proof of payment on or before 30 April 2011 to confirm your participation.  This is a hard deadline, and if full payment and papers are not received after that date, the conference organisers will assume that the presenter is no longer interested to participate in the conference.  A participation confirmation will be sent by email after the conference organisers have received the related payment and any necessary documentation.   Presenters may be requested to present the payment receipt as proof of their registration at the registration counter.

Special Room Rate Sold Out:
The contracted room block (special rate) at the Parkroyal Resort is currently sold out. However, you can still make a booking with the hotel but be advised that they will likely charge you the normal room rate. Alternatively, you could search online for hotels in the surrounding area for availability but please do check back with the Parkroyal Resort Hotel periodically to see if they have any cancellations.
